1. Scope

These general terms of service apply to promotion, trade fair and event services provided by Kohtaamistoimisto Fridays Oy ("Fridays").

2. Quotes and Agreements

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An agreement is formed when the client accepts the quote in writing or electronically.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are 14 days net from the invoice date. Late interest is according to the Interest Act.

4. Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 14 days before execution are subject to a 50% charge. Less than 7 days, the full price is charged.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fridays' liability is limited to the price charged for the service. Fridays is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by force majeure.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to keeping confidential any trade secrets and other confidential information received from each other.

7. Applicable Law

Finnish law applies to these terms. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
